Who handles your subscription

The AlStoneage website team handles email subscriptions. Contact sales@alstoneage.com about your subscription or personal data.

What we collect and why

Subscribing is optional and is not required to browse or save products. When you request email updates, we record your email address, preferred language, consent version and time, confirmation status and any collection interest you choose. We use these details to confirm your request and, after confirmation, send AlStoneage product, collection and project updates.

Website features and service providers

• Saved products are stored in your own browser. When optional analytics is enabled, Google Analytics receives browsing events only after you allow it. We do not send your email, phone number, enquiry text, URL query parameters or full referrer. You can change your choice below or through Analytics preferences in the website footer; withdrawing stops future analytics events.
• Subscriptions use Supabase for private records, Brevo for confirmation emails and Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. These providers may process data outside your country. Subscription details are not sold or published.
• Browsing, saving a product or making an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email. Only a separate, confirmed subscription does so.

Confirmation, retention and your choices

The confirmation link is valid for 48 hours. An unconfirmed request is not eligible for marketing email. We keep subscription records while needed to manage your request or active subscription. After opt-out, we stop marketing and retain the records needed to honor opt-out and document consent. You can request access, correction or deletion through sales@alstoneage.com. Opt-out is available through the unsubscribe link in subscription emails; it does not require a customer account.

Security and delivery

Subscription records are private. Confirmation and unsubscribe links contain secret tokens; do not share them. Opening a link alone does not change your preference: use the confirmation button on the page. A service interruption does not mean your subscription was confirmed. You may retry without creating a second subscriber record.
